At Let's Constellate, we strive to provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains our approach to refunds and cancellations for our Professional subscription service.
Free Access
Always Free: All users can use our platform free of charge with 45-minute session limits. No payment required for basic access.
No Credit Card Required: You can create an account and start using our constellation tools immediately without providing payment information.
Subscription Cancellation
Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your Professional subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
Access Until Period End: When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to all Professional features until the end of your current billing period.
No Future Charges: After cancellation, you will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Full Refund:
- Service outages lasting more than 24 hours within your billing period
- Critical features not functioning as described
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Requests made within 30 days of initial payment (first-time subscribers only)
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Change of mind after the 30-day satisfaction period
- Partial month usage (monthly subscriptions are billed in full)
- Account termination due to violation of Terms of Service
- Failure to use the service during a billing period
Refund Process
How to Request: To request a refund, contact our support team at lets.constellate.online@gmail.com or use our contact form.
Required Information: Please include your account email, billing details, and reason for the refund request.
Processing Time: Eligible refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.
Response Time: We will respond to all refund requests within 48 hours.
Payment Processor
Payments are processed by Paddle, our trusted payment partner. Some refund requests may need to be processed directly through Paddle's systems. We will coordinate with Paddle to ensure timely resolution of eligible refund requests.
Prorated Refunds
In cases of service issues or billing errors, we may offer prorated refunds based on the period of service unavailability or the specific circumstances of your case.
Account Data After Refund
After a refund is issued:
- Your account will be downgraded to the free trial tier
- Your constellation data will be preserved
- You can still access your work with trial limitations
- You may re-subscribe at any time
Disputes
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by providing additional information about your situation. We are committed to fair resolution of all refund requests.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our service. Your continued use of our service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
